    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds Chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
    • 0.5 cup Flour
    • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
    • 1 tablespoon Salt
    • 0.5 tablespoon Black pepper
    • 0.5 tablespoon Garlic powder
    • 0.5 tablespoon Paprika
    • 1 cup Butter, melted
    • 0.5 cup Hot sauce
    • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
    • 0.5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)
    • 1 cup Cooking spray (for baking)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) if baking, or heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C) if frying.
    2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
    3. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels, then toss in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
    4. For baking: Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
    6. For frying: Fry wings in hot oil for 8-10 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
    7. In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, hot sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce together.
    8. Toss cooked wings in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
    9. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
