Ingredients

  • 2 eachs Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Salsa
  • 1 each Reduced-fat American cheese
  • 1 each Tortilla

Directions

  1. Gather ingredients.
  2. Spray bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Crack eggs into the bowl, add salsa, and stir.
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minute, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes or until the mixture firms up.
  4. Place cheese in center of tortilla and top with egg mixture.
  5. Wrap up burrito and enjoy!
