Ingredients
- 2 eachs Large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Salsa
- 1 each Reduced-fat American cheese
- 1 each Tortilla
Directions
- Gather ingredients.
- Spray bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Crack eggs into the bowl, add salsa, and stir.
- Microwave on high for 2 minute, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes or until the mixture firms up.
- Place cheese in center of tortilla and top with egg mixture.
- Wrap up burrito and enjoy!
