Ingredients
- 2 eachs Dry yeast
- 0.25 cup Warm water (110 degrees)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1.5 tablespoons Butter
- 3 tablespoons White sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 cups Wheat flour
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water, let sit 10 minutes
- Heat milk on stove with butter, sugar, and salt. Let cool to lukewarm
- Combine yeast, milk mixture and flours
- Stir well, turn out a kneed
- Oil bowl and let rise, punch down and form into rolls. Let rise a second time.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes
